Tuff Top is a natural extension to what we manufacture. Many of our industrial workbench customers requested a more economical solution to their material handling and work surface projects. Tuff Top fills that niche.

This workbench top is manufactured with 3/8" thick, 62 lb. Phenolic resin board top and bottom. The core of the product is a 45lb.Industrial Particle Board which offers very high strength. The overall thickness is 1 3/4". The product also features a 1" band of hardwood on the edges to stabilize the top and insure a long life. We detail the product with a 3/8" radius front and back and leave the ends square so that the tops can be butted together for larger installations. Finally we finish the product in Durakryl 102 our UV cured finish.
