The Wood Welded Companies will be introducing at The Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in Chicago in April 2006 American Cherry Butcher Block. This is an exciting and long anticipated introduction for many designers and homeowners. Cherry has rich red tones and light streaks running throughout the product giving it a very unique look. For those people seeking options in color and visual texture cherry is a wonderful choice.

Currently we are gluing Cherry Butcher Block Tops in 1 1/2", 1 3/4" and 3" thick block. As always...if a custom thickness is required please feel free to submit your request.

What a magnificent top this turned out to be. Machined on the 100 year old Linderman joiner this cherry top makes for an impressive kitchen island. Not all woods could be successfully joined in this manner. Because of the particular characteristics of cherry it was perfect to receive the double dovetail.
